  Christian M. Ingerslev

  Chief Executive Officer

  Christian has more than two decades of industry and leadership experience from, among others, positions as Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Business Development at Maersk Tankers. He holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School/London Business School.

  Morten Mosegaard Christensen

  Chief Financial Officer

  Morten has overall responsibility for Finance, Strategy, Legal and IT. He has more than a decade of experience in the financial sector. This includes different executive positions at Danske Bank, including interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief of Staff and Head of Group Finance. He holds a Master of Mathematics and Economics and a PhD in Finance from the University of Southern Denmark.

  Eva Birgitte Bisgaard

  Chief Commercial Officer

  Eva Birgitte holds the overall responsibility for the development and execution of commercial strategies, leading the company's commercial engagement with partners and customers. Hailing from a two-decade-long background in telecommunications, she served in various executive positions at Danish telco operator TDC and played a catalytic role in its digital transformation. Eva Birgitte was awarded Master of International Business from Aarhus University in Denmark.

  Claus Gronborg

  Chief Investment Officer

  Claus is Chief Investment Officer with responsibility for asset management and the company’s continued growth through partnerships. This includes exploring and delivering initiatives such as new strategic ventures. Before taking up this role, he was Chief Commercial Officer. He holds a Bachelor in Chinese from Beijing Language and Culture University and an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School/London Business School.

  Tommy Thomassen

  Chief Technical Officer

  Tommy's responsibilities include ensuring safe and cost-efficient vessel technical operations. He first worked for A.P. Moller – Maersk in 1994 and has held different leadership positions in and outside the company, including Senior Vice President at J. Lauritzen. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Aarhus Technical University and an MBA in Management of Technology from The Technical University of Denmark.

  Annelise Goldstein

  Chief Human Resources Officer

  Annelise Goldstein has overall responsibility for Human Resources. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of leadership, talent, diversity and inclusion and organisational development. This includes senior leadership roles at Novo Nordisk A/S, Nordea and Korn Ferry. She holds a Master in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, USA, and a Master in Psychology from Aarhus University, Denmark.
